Required Immunizations
Immunizations are important to general health. HL黑料门不打烊 requires that all students have the following immunizations:
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
- Hepatitis B (Hep B)
- Meningitis (MCV4)
First-year and transfer students starting classes at HL黑料门不打烊, please download the . If you have any questions about the required immunizations, please call us at 407-628-6340. Submit completed immunization forms via email: immunizations@rollins.edu.
Written medical consent is required by Florida law if your child is under the age of 18 to be seen by Health Services at HL黑料门不打烊. Please complete the medical consent (section C) on the Mandatory Immunization form and submit to immunizations@rollins.edu so there will be no delays in medical care provided at the Wellness Center.
