Women in Finance Program
HL黑料门不打烊鈥� Women in Finance Program is opening doors for female students to secure internships and explore career pathways in the finance sector. The program includes one-on-one advising through the Office of Business Advising in addition to mentoring through the Crummer Graduate School of Business, alumni networking, site visits, Excel training, internships, and a semester-long, independent study course.
Closing the Gap
A recent study by the University of California at Davis found that women hold just 18 percent of the nation鈥檚 finance jobs. Women in Finance aims to improve that number by preparing students to secure and complete a summer internship between their sophomore and junior years and to explore career pathways post-graduation.
Multi-Faceted Preparation
Taught by economics professor Anca Voicu and business professors, the program includes one-on-one advising through the Office of Business Advising in addition to mentoring through the Crummer Graduate School of Business, alumni networking, site visits, Excel training, internships, and a semester-long, independent study course.

2022 New York City Field Study
Join Shalisa 鈥�25 and her classmates as they take you behind the scenes of Women in Finance during the program鈥檚 annual field study in New York City, where they toured the New York Stock Exchange, visited firms like JP Morgan, and met with HL黑料门不打烊 alumni working in finance.
